THE DAILY

Long Walks & Scripture

He goes through “seasons” of routine, but he always goes through his stretching routine in the mornings, makes sure he walks a mile and a half to go get coffee. He doesn’t look at his phone and takes the time to give himself space for creativity. He reads scripture to get him into the right zone.

Sarah

Rose

Her pickle Christmas tree full of only pickle ornaments. She’s never really done a Christmas tree herself before but she’s bringing her favorite childhood ornament back in full swing.

Thorn

Anxiety. She’s always struggled with it. She goes through phases where it’s under control, but she feels like it really gets in the way of her life when it gets bad.

Evan

Rose

The tradition of going to Palm Desert over Christmas. He loves being out in the middle of nowhere in perfect weather, being around family, and keeping the traditions alive.

Thorn

New Year, New Me. It should be New Day, New Me. It should be something you can feel every single day, a new chance to restart every morning. You shouldn’t need to wait for the new year to change your life.

Jason Evigan

Rose

Having a support team around him. It’s something he’s always had throughout his entire life in every stage, and he feels so grateful for the love and faith in him that people in his life have always given him. He wouldn’t be where he is without that.

Thorn

His Juul, and how it makes his family worry and his side effects of medication, Adderall. It helps him with his work, but he feels like it gets in the way of his emotional higher self.

Sarah

The book The Instruction: Living The Life Your Soul Intended by Ainsley McLeod. It's a sort of instruction manual to find your life’s purpose, and living from a pure soul space. She loves reading it and can’t put it down.

Evan

Late 80’s and early 90’s hip hop. To him, that was his golden age of music, its why he loves music, how he loves lyrics, and something that feels like new no matter how many times he listens to it. His golden nugget is to have something that you can always come back to that always gives you inspiration.

Jason Evigan

The Sermon on the Mountain. It’s covers the whole spectrum of the human condition and everything we deal with. He’s read it maybe 1,000 times and for him it’s his go-to and it always helps him function in the world, to know how to treat people and how to love people.
