THE DAILY

Taking Care of Animals

She changes it up depending on what she needs. She’ll start habits for a week or a month or however long she needs them. But no matter what she always hangs out with her dogs, smoke a j, and chills. She really likes spending time with her dog and caring for something outside of herself She always prioritizes aromatherapy, lighting, and caring for her dog. She focuses more on refueling herself after creative session than on rituals beforehand.

Rose

One of her best friends and former podcast guest, Johnny Wujek. They went to Egypt last month and they really reconnected. He’s so inspiring to her and she loves that they can get together and be creative together and let the inner child out.

Thorn

Cancel Culture. Social media is amazing and life changing and an amazing platform for so many things, but it’s also a platform for anyone’s opinion and mob mentality, and knocking people down. It’s so easy for people to spread hate and bullying. It makes her wonder where the compassion has gone and if we’ve lost the ability to understand that humans make mistakes and are still learning and growing.

Evan

Rose

Taking time to recharge. It’s easy to get caught up in working all the time, and taking time to experience family and friends and with the holidays coming up he’s looking forward to the break.

Thorn

Expectations. Having them and not being open to the universe creating what’s supposed to happen because he’s stuck in what he thinks should happen. He gets down when it doesn’t happen exactly the way he thought it would.
